Self-service for delayed flights

Delayed flights is unfortunate for both the passengers and the company. Until recently, customers had to stand in line to speak to customer service eye to eye, a cumbersome and manual process with a lot of rules that applied for certain situations. With the self-service kiosk, customers are now given the opportunity to handle the process them self in a more efficient manner by scanning the boarding pass.
